This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between JSINTECH ("JSINTECH", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the VoucherLink platform (the "Platform"), and you ("Customer", "Merchant", or "you").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may create an account free of charge. However, you may not control multiple accounts to abuse the system. Each mobile number and payment method may only be linked to one account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
If you use third-party login (Google), you acknowledge that anyone with access to your device or those accounts can access your VoucherLink account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised devices or third-party accounts.
Merchants are solely responsible for the Vouchers they post. Each listing must clearly state the voucher image, voucher name, store name, voucher publish date, validity period, and terms & conditions. All Voucher listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not contain any illegal, misleading, fraudulent, offensive, or prohibited content. The Platform reserves the right to remove, suspend, or reject any Voucher listing that violates these requirements without prior notice.
Merchants agree to honor all valid Vouchers presented by Customers within the Validity Period. Failure to do so may result in account termination.
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
By posting content (logos, images), you grant us a royalty-free license to display such content on the Platform for marketing purposes.
You can only claim a maximum of 5 vouchers in your bag. Vouchers must be presented via the app at the Merchant’s store before ordering or payment. Screenshots or printed copies may not be accepted.
Expired Vouchers are void. It is your responsibility to redeem them before the deadline.
You acknowledge that the contract for the sale of goods/services is directly between you and the Merchant. JSINTECH is not the seller and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by the Merchant.
You agree not to post content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or harassing. This includes abuse directed at our employees, merchants, or other users.
You must not engage in "gaming" behavior, such as creating fake accounts to claim the voucher
We reserve the right to terminate accounts found violating these standards without prior notice.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JSINTECH, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and JSINTECH regarding the Platform.
